VCS WARNING V-16-1-10641 IpmHandle::open Cannot create AF_INET6 socket. errno = 97

Ever since i installed the web cluster monitor(for whatever reason i don't know now) i get this error whenever i do a typical command like this:

Typical command:

./hagrp -online My_ProcName -sys MY_BoxName

Error to terminal:

VCS WARNING V-16-1-10641 IpmHandle::open Cannot create AF_INET6 socket. errno = 97

Environment:

VCS 5.5.1

RHEL 5.6

Java Console Cluster Monitor 5.1

Then the web cmc

I've turned off IPv6 stuff on my box incase that was it but it made no difference also...

This is a known issue where the IPv6 subroutines are called and issue a error.
