We updated our server from AIX 7.1 TL3 to TL4, then the cluster is in LOCAL_BUILD STATUS.

please help me to resolve it.

So, why is the System in Frozen state?

The system is not in frozen state, it's allignment issue when I pated the output here.

value of frozen is 0, it's an alignment issue, am unable to fix it :(

Try bringing down the cluster from all the cluster nodes and unload all its modules and start again, one node at a time making sure that main.cf file does not hold the entry  "Frozen = 1" and check if that helps.. Did you put these cluster nodes in the frozen state in the past?

Copy the main.cf file as well if the issue persists.

What is the Veritas version? Paste the lslpp command output against veritas package.

Did you check the kernel compatibility before upgrade?

 

I replaced the main.cfg file from the backup and it's worked fine, thanks for everyone help :)
