The trailware site has been down since at least the early hours of 3rd Feb. Is someone from Symantec able to explain why it has been down for so long and when it is due to be back. It is not a good advert for a High Availablity product, when the download site (which presumebly is running under SFHA) is not available for over 4 days.

Day 6 and the trialware site is back-up.
The trialware site appears to be the same as it was before, so if the trialware site has not had a major software update, then why was it down so long?

Not only Trialware - even SymAccount has been down for more than 24 hours now...

Sorry for missing seeing this thread. As Mike pointed out, the issue was resolved and the site was back up last week. Sorry for any inconvenience, and my apologies for not noticing this earlier and seeing if there was a workaround for you.
