Windows 2003 SP2 print spooler instability

I recently upgraded the nodes of our VCS 5.0 cluster to Windows 2003 SP2 (they were previously SP1).

Since the update we've had a few cases of not only the print spooler resource faulting, but also the print spooler service monitor. When this happens, it usually faults on all nodes. I was wondering if anyone else had seen this behaviour?

There is a hotfix available that addresses this issue. Please contact Symantec support to get it.
