need details regarding known issue and one case raised with symantec

Hi Friends

While investigating RCA case for hung in symantec file store NAS issue.

we raised a case with symantec and found that this is a known bug  2384962.

The case we raised with symantec was 418-911-600

We are facing similar issue in other system

can someone please help me in getting details about known issue 2384962

and details from case 418-911-600

Can you not get this information from your case engineer?

This has happened about seven to eight moths back

I have email id of case engineer. I dropped an email.However I didnt get any reply.

emailing the case engineer directly is usually not the best approach

how about:

- log a new case, cross reference/mention it's regarding the old case

- using the new case, request the details from the old case

The issue has been addressed and closed. The fis is addressed in 5.6RP1P2 and 5.7 release. which version of the release you are running on?
