DQL Performance/Optimization

Is there anyway of optimizing DQL such that engine will take notice of the device.name fields in the WHERE clause; such that it only runs the query on the indexer(s) associated with the specified devices?

The problem that I having is that the DQL queries seem to take an extraordinarily long time to run on the Indexers that are not associated with the device, resulting in reports that should take minutes taking several hours to run.

Regards

Phil

Hi Phil,

Can you send me the DQL query being utilized here? Ideally, the query execution should be performed on relevant indexers only.

Thanks,

Rishi
