Data Insight 5.2 - Windows File Server Agent on Management Server

Hello,

Would like to know if it is possible to install the Windows File Server Agent in the Management Server. This is to have all the solution in one box plus monitor a share on the same server.

Documentation talks about a single tier installation but it is not mentioning the File Server Agent. Also when I try to lunch the setup file manually it asks me to repair the installation because same version is already installed. The installation was made with the management server installation media.

If I try to add the filer from the console, the credentials can't be verified and the operation fails wiht unknown error.

You cannot install Management Server and Windows File Server Agent on the same machine.

"Documentation talks about a single tier installation but it is not mentioning the File Server Agent." - By single-tier installation, it means that the Management Server is also the collector and indexer for file servers.
