For several days on my DI 5.1 server periodically crashes the application: Execute.exe.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this problem?
We have seen this issue happen when attempting to copy report output to a network share after Microsoft KB3139914 has been applied to the MS or network server.
The following technote will guide you to confiriming this is indeed the issue and the current workaround in place.
