I created a user in DLO admin and assigned a profile. I installed the client software on his win7 64bit pro PC.
Files are not being copied to network location or even to the local backup location. Icon is running by clock but will
not open to see any activity. Also, I cannot kill the client app without killing process. I re-installed client software many times,
I deleted and re-created the user and profile on the server side. Still not working
I tried the client on a completely different PC with this user and still not working.
For some reason this one user is totally screwed.
I'm out of options.....help
