Can backup storage location of DLO on local drive ?

Is available to make backup storage location on local drive ? Like USB drive

Are you referring to the Network User Data Folder (NUDF) or the Desktop User Data Folder (DUDF) ?

The NUDF is the backup storage location for all clients, whereas the DUDF is only for that specific user.

Where can find NUDF and DUDF ? Since I couldn.t find it in DLO.

Storage Location (HKNAS) is the NUDF.

And the DUDF is always on the DLO client machine. The default path is C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Symantec or C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Symantec depending upon the client OS.
