Change license in DLO 7.5

Hello Everyone,

I need help for change license in DLO 7.5

I have installed DLO 7.5 with trial key, now I need install the license full but when I add in the change license key menu in the registre not realice the change.

I tried add the key with the command line options, and the results is the same.

Someone have any idea to solve this?

...if you're in a position to uninstall DLO and reinstall it and then re-add the licenses, do so.

Otherwise see if a server restart won't help. If this still doesn't work, you might have to log a call with Symantec to get this sorted out.

Do you receive any error message when adding the new license via the UI or no error ?

Secondly, what is the command which you ran to add the license via cmd ?

Hi

I found some crazy issues while using DLO 7.5 and found 99% of them were cured by running the program as administrator (crazy i know but it worked for me, even though logged in as an administrator, using run as administrator does some sort of witchcraft or something)

also SDLO 7.5 SP1 is out may be worth sticking that on if you havnt already
