Connect to DLO Administration Server

Hello Friends,

While I'm working on the console, the window to enter the connection credentials with the administration server is constantly appearing, although this is an all-in-one server, including the DB and the console. Sometimes I should enter the password several times to connect.

I appreciate your help.

Hi Ricaro,

It's likely that DLO does not have the required permissions. As such, it might be an idea to run Veritas Quick Assist (VQA) on that server or client for a more detailed report as that may show the issue and a possible resolution. Further details on VQA can be found here:
