DLO 7.5 Agent getting "Please enter a correct password"

We just migrated from Backup Exec DLO 2013 R3 to DLO 7.5.

We have Symantec DLO Admin running on DomainA

We have computers on DomainA running agents no problem.

All computers we are trying to migrate to 7.5 from DomainB get "Please enter a correct password" prompt after entering thier DomainA user credentials when trying to run the Agent.

We have one computer in a workgroup, he gets the same prompt.

We are not using dedupe. DomainA and DomainB do not have a trust setup.

Anyone out there have this setup working? Any advice?

Yes while using Backup Exec DLO 2013 R3, DomainB computers were able to connect and backup to DomainA using user credentials we had setup on DomainA's AD for them.

Hi,

This is an issue on SDLO 7.5. And it has been fixed in next version of SDLO.

Has anyone managed a work around for this issue? Where is the break in functionality? I have been able to adjust the host server name info in the registry to contain the FQDN info so the Agents from DomainB are finding the server on DomainA but they are failing to authenticate, we are entering in user names and domains that do exist on DomainA.
