Just wanted to know if some one has experienced this scenario.
DLO 7.5 SP1 - We have been taking backups since 2013.
DLO backups to Disk - that data from disk to tapes using BE 2012.
We recently did a restore of the files .
1. Restore successful in BE 2012
2. DLo restore failed (showed error or warnings = 2).
We tried mounting the PST and we were able to see all emails, but unable to download any of the attachments from email.
When contacted support they informed that the chunk files have been deleted or quarantined.
There is no possibility of human intervention , and the user PC has SEP installed .
If this is te situation the all the pst restores may also b a failure - which indicates the product is not capable of delivering of what is expected.
Please advice how can we overcome the situation and get the restore 100% successful.
