Hi

Unfortunately there isn't enough information in your post to determine whether this is an upgrade or a clean installation of DLO or whether you are using the DLO 9.2 Domain Trust Independent Solution feature. As such, please refer to the DLO quick install guide here:
https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/doc/DLO_92_Install_QuickRef

As well as the Domain Trust Independent Solution guide here:
https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/doc/DLO_92_Domain_Trust

In addition to this, run the DLO Diagnostic Utility (C:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas DLO\DLODiagnosticUtility.exe) to see if it reports any permissions errors which you may need to resolve. Alternatively, you can run Veritas Quick Assist (VQA) to see if other problems are reported and if need be raise a support case and provide those logs for analysis.
