Hello there, I need to configure alert notifications to admin´s e-mail, test mail notification comes, daily report comes, and the alert notification....? NOPE!
I don´t want to notify users, when their backup doesn´t work, I need to notify admin ONLY.
Is this possible? If so, how to configure it?
I would recommend that you review and consider upgrading to DLO 9.3.1 for this facility. In that newer version, the Alerts and Notifications have been reconfigured and should give you more control over who receives those. See the attached screenshot for an example of the new screen.
