DLO 9 with SP1 :: workgroups are not supported in this release. a domain is required

Dear All,

Just installed DLO 9.1. It ran OK for 2 days. 3rd day, it started showing message saying "workgroups are not supported in this release. a domain is required". No changes were done between "working" to "not-working" state of DLO. Following are the details of installation done.

  • OS: Windows 2012 R2
  • DLO Version: DLO 9.0 SP1
  • Server is a part of domain
  • Installation is done using a domain user account. This account is an administrator in the server where DLO is installed.

What could have caused this issue? Please help.

Got it fixed. Restarting server couple of times did fix the issue. Not sure what caused the issue though.
