DLO Console only opens for one user

Hello

The Symantec DLO Console only opens when logged in as one particular user. If another user logs in to the server and tries to open the console, they get the following error:

"Communications with the DLO services are down. Check to see if DLO services are running on 'sqlserver'."

All the services appear to be running fine.

This is on Windows Server 2012, DLO version 7.5.

All the users trying to open the console are logged in as Domain Admins.

Any ideas please?

Thanks,

James

Does the DLO console open for another user when he/she launches the console using "Run as admin" ?

Are the other users added as DLO Administrators under DLO console - Network - Administrator accounts ?

Lastly, you may have to provide SQL Administrator rights as well to these other users who try to access the DLO console.
