DLO - Desktop and Laptop Option Trial Licence

Hi,

when i apply to trial licence key on DLO software says "Duplicate Licence Key. Pleease provide different licence key"

i have tried to get new trial key on symantec website but again same serial sent me.

i need to try this software before buy. Can you help me please.
