We purchased DLO last year and have just now renewed support for the upcoming year. I *finally* received an email from Veritas (took forever!) containg a certificate, but it does not have the information I would have expected. I have used Symantec products (and now Veritas) for many years...well aware of how bizarre the license renewal and license file mechanism works but something has changed with this particular renewal.
The Entitlement ID is listed as "-1". My Maintenance/Subscription dates do show that I am "covered" for the next year but there does not seem to be any way to download a file or enter this bogus Entitlement ID in the licensing portal.
What am I missing here?
