DLO Message - You have files that need to be protected

Around 20 users getting this message when the DLO agent synchs the files to the server

"YOU HAVE FILES THAT NEED TO BE PROTECTED"

Does anyone have any ideas what causes it and how to fix it cause the backup files not transfer to DLO Server

I am using Desktop Laptop Option 7.6 Build 76593a on a laptop with Windows 7 64bit

This alert is expected when :-

1) There are new files / modified files which are yet to be backed up

2) The backup was never run or it was not successful

cause the backup files not transfer to DLO Server

Check the backup log on the server via the DLO admin console as to why the network backup isn't happening.
