DLO NUDF size increses more than the define threshold

Any idea why and how would the size of nudf grow larger than the defined limit.

Kindly Explain.

Is this happening for all users or for specific users ?

Was the NUDF empty before the size limit was imposed ? (I have seen this behavior, whereupon the NUDF already contained backups and then the policy was modified to set a storage limit on the NUDF and the older backups are not considered).

This is happening for few users, and the user's were configured a long time ago, no changes were made.

Was the NUDF storage limit set from the very beginning ?

If yes, then this is not expected behavior.

Also, were these users disconnected from the NUDF or the DLO server frequently ?

Was backup selections ever modified from the DLO server end or DLO client end ?

Were backup files ever deleted manually ?

If no, then pls log a support case for us to investigate this issue further.

Only issue we had is NUDF was not connecting properly , but the next time it connects backups happen and i believe it should not affect the defined sizing.

Rest all questions , no changes ?

Being disconnected from the NUDF may affect the storage size limit since the DLO client isn't able to provide information to the NUDF, however this type of cause would probably affect all clients.

Pls log a support case since i have not seen other causes for this behavior apart from the usual ones listed above. Thanks.
