After pushing to client machine the agent status is showing as disable

already did all those in KB even then its been disabled

In that case, pls attach the verbose DLOclient.log for the affected client. Use this KB for generating the verbose log - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH160219
How many clients are affected ? Is this a new install or an upgrade ?
