What is the version of DLO ? And is this a new install or an upgrade from a previous version ?

Did DLO install on stand alone machine (mean you didn't have Backup Exec on same server)? What's Version of DLO?

For issue of report file 'DLOnobackups_en.rdl' is correctly installed, you can check this link

Note : Please repeat the same procedure for all the keys below InProcServer32.
7. Go to InProcServer32 and double-click CodeBase.
8. In the Value data field, replace the existing path with the path that was entered for the new string (as in step 5):
C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\CRF.dll (Figure 4)

Mean repeat previous steps on all folder {1.0.117.0, 1.0.130.0, and so on}under InprocServer32 as you do in the first one
and under IProcServer32, you will find also codebase key change it's value to C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\CRF.dll

Does this path & file actually exist on your DLO server ?
C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\CRF.dll
This assumes BE 2012 is installed on the same DLO server & also assumes the default install directory. If the install directory is different, do ensure the correct path is used.
Ensure Report Viewer 2005 is installed on the DLO server. You can download it from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21916
Lastly, run a repair of DLO, reboot the server and observe.

realy did evering thing as it will be but stel have issue. i don t know if you have lync or other softwear to see my desktop shering to see also BE 2012 services did not runing as well please helps me.

This error usually occurs if port # 50104 is blocked or in use by another application/service.

realy i don t know fire wall and antivirus désabled i have bing désinstalled end reinstall be12 the same thing same services did not start and dlo reports error again
