Dedupe Server error on DLO 8.0

Hi all

i have DLO 8.0 installed on win  server 2008 r2 machine

when i try to enter the web page of dlo it says :-

HTTP Status 404 - /DedupeServer/rest/dedupeManager/checkServerStatus/

description The requested resource is not available.

and when i run the diagnoistec tools on my server it gives me an error on 
1- Dedupe server error : Failed to check Dedupe Server status with HTTPS request

2- Edge Server error : Failed to check Dedupe Server status with HTTPS request

and my SQL named pipes and TCP IP is enabled

and my NUDF on DSL can be reached and all dlo and sql services run with a domain admin account and i can reach all the DLO storage from the server and the users machines

and the Mindtree StoreSmart Dedupe Server service is started and working fine

and i checked the context.xml it has the correct name 

and my firewall is turned off

and i tried to edit the dedupe server or mange it but it gives an error with
invalid http response received

i have been in this issue form a week ago.

could you give me some assistance please

Hi,

This error could occur if some other application and Dedupe Server are using the same default HTTPS port number 8443 or HTTP port number 8080.

Also, If incorrect SQL Server details are entered during a DLO installation, DLO may not install properly. This will cause the Dedupe Server and Storage Locations to not be able to be configure correctly.

Since the same account is used for DLO, SQL and DeDupe services, please also verify that the account credential is in the format “domain\user” instead of “user@domain.com”. This can be verified under services.msc for all the services
