...not sure what you want to do here or mean? You'd set the # of file retentions, and select the files.

Craig, that document is for a version of DLO from 9 years ago, before Symantec picked it up - is there a version of it updated for 7.5, perhaps that would include practices for the dedupe server that's now part of DLO?
