Yes, this can be configured.
1) You can disable your colleague's account in the DLO Admininstration Console. This is the easiest & recommended way - https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000059325
2) You can disable your colleague's account via the registry on the client computer

1 user account on a workstation, or just 1 user account? If only 1 user account, just configure the application to only backup that user's data.

DLO Profile (backup selections and other settings) are applied per user when they login to a system.
Would you clarify a bit more as to what you are trying to accomplish ? Thanks.

For example:
I have computer. When I use it, DLO backups data. When my colleague uses it, it also backups his data. Can I configure DLO to backup only my data, so when colleague uses my computer, his data wont be backuped?
