Dlo agent installed system is getting hang at the time of start the system...!

we have win xp, win7, win 8 sytem on our network and DLO 7.6 agents are installed on that system for backup purpose at the time of system start and the at the time of backup system is getting and dlo process is high. if we remove the agent from sytem we get good perform rom sytem.

please help me ..about this.

...check any AV installed on those servers and see if they're scanning the DLO services. if so, put in exclusions for them and check the performance again.

What exactly is high ? Can you elaborate more ? Is it memory or CPU usage ? Does it affect ALL client systems ?

Is this new install of 7.6 or did you use a prior version as well ? If you used a prior version, when did this issue start occuring ?

Have you set the exclusions on the client machines as well ?
