we have a notebook (winXp SP3) with DLO 7.5 SP1 installed.
It always returns error "Failed to copy to the desktop user data folder. Error: Backup ID doesn't exist" when it tries to backup the same file (*.xlsx).
DLO works fine on the other clients (same profile)
How can i solve this issue?
This is a transient error. Files which are failed with this error will get backed up in next retry interval(Default value will be 60 Mins).
Check whether the NUDF “Deleted File Retention Period” value is less than LUDF. If yes then change the NUDF “Deleted File Retention Period” value so that it is greater than or equal to LUDF.
After checking above things if you still find the issue then raise a formal support case.
