GSS problem

I have recently created a winpe 4.0 bootable USB and it works great except for 2 problems. First, I can only image 1 laptop at a time (multicast not working), and second, I get a prompt " press any key to boot from USB." I want the laptop to auto-boot from USB, and I need to be able to imge several laptops at once.
