How do I add client licenses to DLO 7.5?

Hi,

I recently upgraded from BE 2010 to DLO 7.5 and I installed a licenses for 100 users.We have approximately 70 systems using this license.

A vendor recently emailed me asking if I wanted to renew a DLO 7.0 license for 10 users.

1 How do I look up how many licneses I have now in 7.5?

2 How would I add additional licesnse to DLO 7.5? I only see "Change License Key" option not add.

3 Can I upgrade the 7.0 licneses or is it just easier to purchase 7.5 licenses?

Hi,

Have you tried that Change License Key option and added in your new licenses?

If you can't purchase DLO 7 licenses, simply ask for a downgrade to DLO 7.0 after purchasing the DLO 7.5 licenses.
