Install dlo sql

Hello,

I have question. On AD server which will be installed DLO already installed azure AD (second AD) for office 365 sync, and AD azure have its own SQL. Does azure AD will conflict with the DLO when installed on same server?

I tried to do a simulation in my VM to install Azure AD and DLO in one server and each sql is installed seperately.

Hi,

It will automatically install new Sql Instanace while installing. Nothing will happened as per my knowledge. However you take detail help my log a case to VERITAS.

I am using Backup Exec, SEP, DLO on my AD Server.

Is every application you use (Backup Exec, SEP, DLO) different sql or same sql but different database?

Hi,

I mean on the picture above sql services running simultaneously. When we install the software and in windows it already exists installed sql or on the local network, then the software will give the option to use sql that is already installed.

In the VM I do a simulation where I install sql azure AD and sql DLO and there is no problem, but for in real environment is there any conflict in software if in one windows there are two different sql running along with different version?

Sorry if i ask about this problem, because my knowledge about sql is very little.
