Mac OSX agent fails connect DLO server

Hi,

Mac system client fails to connect DLO serrver. Server is 2012R2 and DLO 7.6 SP1

Error at MAC is...

Server seems to be OK, as Win clients can operate normally. MAC keeps fail, and won't able to start. 1433 open done in SQL.

Error looks so bad that even mr Google was helpless. Any idea how to proceed?

First, try reinstalling the Mac Agent (The reinstall would be probably be the updated agent since DLO 7.6 is patched up with Sp1).

Secondly, do you receive the same error when using the Domain Admin account instead of a Domain User account ?

If this doesn't help, debug logs will be required. Would recommend to log a formal support case. Thanks.

DLO server & MAC client are clean instals. No updates from previous versions. Win clients work. MAC don't.

We have support paid, so no trouble to go that way, if must.

So need to go with log level?
