We have thousands of PC users successfully using DLO for backup, but our 200+ Mac users cannot connect. As soon as they try to launch teh app they get an "Unable to authenticate User" error mesage. The app automatically gets the domain/username (we are bound to AD) but whe they enter their AD passowrd they get the error message. See attached. Does anybody have any ideas?

Have you had any luck finding a solution? I'm having the same problem and it's extremely frustrating.
