Dear Team,

We have a NAS server with 250 GB of space and NTFS file system. After mapping the NAS with DLO 7.5.1 server the size of NAS server becomes 150 GB and the file system is FAT. Can anyone help me to sort put this? We tried readding but did not helps.

Thanks,
Ananth.S.K

Mapped drives are not supported as these are associated with a user session.

If using NAS as a NUDF, the storage volume should be associated with a drive letter OR at the time of creating users from the Admin Console, you can specify each user's storage location on the NAS.

...if that NAS is capable of iSCSI, consider using this as you will be able to address the full 250GB.

Carve out an iSCSI LUN on your NAS. If you're running Windows Server 2008 R2 and above, simply invoke the iSCSI app. Present the LUN to your media server and then rescan for the new drive before formatting it as NTFS.

Thanks!
