NBU DLO

Hi All,

We are using NBU DLO 6.1 MP5 on windows server 2003 standard edition 64 bit.

After migrating Domain DLO users are unable to communicate with DLO Administrator Console.

As per troubleshooting part we uninstall and reinstall new DLO Agent, but still DLO Agent is failed to Load Configuration setting .

We facing this issue for migrated users only. Backup of other users are running smoothly.  

We already have created User Assignment for New Domain.

Assuming both DLO admin service and DLO SQL service are running with new domain credentials.Now follow the below technote

Hi Shyam,

after completing  Rename Domain command the user will able to store data in old NUDF or we need to create new NUDF.

Hi Shyam,

We successfully migrate DLO users in DLO console from Old Domain to New Domain. But currently new domain users are not able to Access DLO storage which is on Old domain server.

Kindly suggest us.

Does this mean you have done move NUDF option from DLO console by creating new storage Location in the new Domain server?

"But currently new domain users are not able to Access DLO storage which is on Old domain server”

Here we mean that new users created in domain controller and also added from DLO console are not able to access storage location in Old domain server provided move NUDF is not done from the DLO console?
