We recently instaled from Symantec DLO 8.0. Now, when we want to restore files, the "Backup Folder" on the "Restore" screen is empty. It contains only the computer name, but no drives or folders.

This mostly happens due to permissions.
Under which account are the DLO services & the SQL service running ?
Are you logged in to the DLO server and console using the same account or a different account ?
What are the sharing & security permissions on the Network User Data Folder ?
