Symantec DLO 7.5 - How many licenses are in use

Is there a way to see how many licenses are in use?  

And what are the methods to recover used licenses?  Can Users / Computers simply be disabled and therefore release a license?

I believe there is no direct way to obtain this info.

If any user shows disabled & you receive an alert such as "The user count license limit has been reached" or "license is invalid", it means the license count has exceeded.
