When I make a backup tells me the pst is occupied by another application, as might fix it?

I have the following configuration:

Do ensure the VSS method is chosen for backup of .pst files and not message level incremental.

If using any AV, set it to exclude from scanning DLO Client & the DLO Change Log service.
