Symantec DLO 7.5 report generation getting fail, after removed backup exec 2012

I need help.

I have upgraded and migrated Backup Exec 2010 DLO to Symantec DLO 7.5, after upgraded/migrated, I removed Backup Exec DLO 2010 from the server. Now backups are working fine, but report generation getting fail with below error.

Anyone help me on the same.

First, try this KB article - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH188397

Its for DLO 7.0, however will apply to 7.5 as well.

If the above does not work, then run Run DLORegKeySettingForReportU.exe which is present in Symantec DLO installation directory and recheck.

I try to run command, but it is giving error message.

Try running a repair install of SQL followed by SDLO. If this does not help, would recommend to log a formal support case.
