Is there a firewall between the DLO server and the remote client machine ? If yes, allow the File & Printer sharing, WMI & remote service management.
Does the user account which is provided during the remote agent install have local admin rights on the remote client machine ?
Is UAC enabled on the client machine ? If yes, consider disabling it, rebooting the machine and retry the install.
