TASKPANE download messages during startup Windows 7 from DLOCientu.exe

Hi

I have a user that keeps getting TASKPANE download messages after logging on to Windows. Please see attached for more details. Also, we tried the suggestion in the below link, but the problem still remains

What is the version of the MSXML parser on the affected client machine ? (You can use this KB to find out - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/278674)

Additionally, did you receive any error while registering the msxml dll's ?

Lastly, does reinstalling the DLO client help ?

The version is Microsoft XML Parser (8.0.7820.0). I'm not sure if there were errors while registerting the DLLs. We have also tried uninstalling DLO, removing the Symantec directory from user system and re-installing DLO. This is also happening for a different user profile on the same system.

8.0.7820.0 is MSXML 3.0.

Can you try installing a higher version such as MSXML 4.0 and re-register the MSXML dll's and recheck.
