Unable to Manage Dedupe Server: Could not Authenticate User

HI There,

After adding the Dedupe Server, I'm unable to manage it and receiving:

Could not authenticate user.  Do you want to retry?

I've tried logging in as the service account used to administer DLO and adding the account to the user_info table w/ and w/out a password.  I'm still getting the same error message.  The Dedupe server is in fact running on http port 8080.  Please advise.

Under what account are the DLO, SQL and DeDupe services running ? Are all 3 services (except the Maintenance service) running under the same account ?

In addition to adding the user to the user_info table, have you granted the user sysadmin rights in SQL ?

All 3 services are running w/ the same service account and I've verified that sysdamin role has been applied to the service account in SQL.
