Unable to restore

HI,

leaves no restore any user, when I navigate to the user computer I have no data available.

using option search for files to restore, if you can restore files from all users, but the folders are not displayed when you select users.

Hi,

1. Try launching console as Run as administrator and see if it works.
2. If not, check whether the SQL services are running with Domain Admin credentials.

however I still can not view folders.

the sql service account was blocked, and I can see the files.
