What should be the optimum VSS backup interval (PST backup) in DLO 7.5. Any sussgestion? Thanks.

There is no set defined "optimal" interval. Every environment is different, has different specs, different number of .psts, size of .psts etc. This is something one should adjust accordingly to their environment.
