Veritas DLO 9.0 SP1 DLO client not working properly

HI ,

I am facing starnge issue with my DLO clients.

When i am trying to start DLO client console it takes 15- 20 minitues to open, sometime i am not able to see DLO client icon it shows in invisible state. when i point curser on it that time it gets highlighted otherwise it remains in invisible state & sometimes it opens easily.

tried to reinstall DLO client as well as win 7 OS but still issue not resolved.

Hi,

I suggest you to Call Tech Support and log a call. I am also not happy with DLO product. Hope they come up with some with solutions.

After updating NUDF permissions issue has been resolved.
