VproConsole has stopped working

I have just bought System REcovery Desktop 2013 R. When I want to start teh software it is stopped while loading the software and showing message "VproConsole stopped working".

Please help me to solve this issue.

Thanks for your post. I have checked my PC as you suggested. Evevrything is correct on my PC.

Please tell me another solution?

If this also doesn't help, try running a repair install of SSR and if running any AV, set it to exclude from scanning the SSR directories.
