how to take backup using dedup feature of DLO

Hello ,

I am able to create success fully dedup storage  but I am stuck to take take the backup

when I start the backup job I am getting the error

"engine is operating is offline mode  "  . according to the link

is this known issue ??

Hi,

It is a transient error.

Please refer the below link and see if issue resolves:

Files failed with these errors will be backed up in next retry interval, if it still failes(after retry interval, default 30 mins) then please raise an support case.

issue is resloved by making changes in profile .
