when launching a Desktop and Laptop Option (DLO) client. "The Software is either not configured or has been disabled by your Administrator"

When I launch Symantec DLO client. i got an error which says 

"The Software is either not configured or has been disabled by your Administrator".

and DLO Client windows shows Disabled. So therefore, I am unable to customize and none of my files are backed up. either on my desktop folder or Network folder. 

Please help me in this regard.

Furthermore, My Symantec Desktop and Laptop Option license has expired.

The above error can occur if the license is invalid or expired. Would first recommend to install an active, valid license and then check if the error still occurs or not.
