Hi foxs,
Really i am confused about pst backup. which way is the best ?
first i tried level incremental backup of PST and i saw that MAPI connection makes outlook slow for users.
then i tried VSS backup it seems better then incremental for me...but now i have some questions on my mind " Can i backup PSTs on folder level " ?
i can set backup selections "My documents" already my pst exist in this folder. so why i should use vss backup instead of this way ?

Running a VSS method to backup .pst is preferable over the MAPI based method. Have a look @ this KB as to why - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH202413

And a VSS method is preferable so that the backup can run even when the .pst file is use.
